Killradio Weekly News in Review 1 March 2011
The news show of science and reason!
What we have here is this week's Weekly News in Review from harpers.org (and the killradio news team).
This week first concentrates on Libya and Qaddafi,
and then on Wisconsin and collective bargaining. Where do YOU "stand" on unions? Even if there has been abuse (all good things are abused) it is essential that we put a stop to Union Busting. Make no mistake, the history of labor has always involved the Bosses, the Owner Class, wanting to prevent the Workers from controlling their own destinies. The Market will ONLY look out for the Market. Profit is the only thing that matters! And the only way we can make things right is to use the bargaining power which the collective has. That's it. There is no other power. Laws about workers' rights only exist because of collective bargaining.

If thinking that makes me a Socialist, then I'm a damn Socialist.
Also contains a rant about what television has done to the world, though of course no one knows what to do about it -- but if you can envision things being different than they are, maybe we can do something. Want to try?
Beyond that, another week more news.

The entire Bush Administration belongs in prison for their traitorous anti-Constitutional behavior.
